Fluid Dynamics is a seamless flow of movement to ride the current of your breath. In this practice, we "place the body in a special way," which, essentially, is the definition of vinyasa. Postures are linked together in a fluid and dynamic manner - emphasizing synchronizing the movement with the breath to create a smooth and strong experience that focuses your mind while challenging your body. Ease and effort are simultaneously embraced to cultivate grace and presence. Fluid Dynamics celebrates moving, breathing, feeling, and being. Honor your breath, care for your body, and tend to your well-being in Fluid Dynamics.

Fusion Flow

Fusion Flow is the marriage of Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. This “vin/yin” combination is a powerful pairing. Fusion Flow starts with Vinyasa and then concludes with Yin. During the Vinyasa Yoga portion of the class, we move through standing flows to warm and enliven the body, invigorate the mind, chase away fatigue, and rid you of excess energy. Next, in the Yin Yoga portion, long-held, passive poses open your body to more flexibility and enhanced energy flow. The Yin practice enhances your ability to stay with your experiences emotionally and fosters a more contemplative non-reactive quality of mind. Fusion Flow is an antidote to your over-stimulated, over-booked, chaotic days. In this class, we move so that we can then relax. Fusion Flow deepens your connection to stillness.

Breathe Easy

Breathe Easy is a moderately paced and balanced yoga practice to help you channel vital source energy. This mindful, meditative class places great attention on the breath. The pace of Breathe Easy allows you to learn the foundations of yoga if you are newer to the practice and explore the more subtle aspects of yoga if you’re an experienced student. There is an emphasis on stretching, seated poses, and low-impact movements. Modifications are done to make poses accessible and supportive to help everyone of all fitness levels enjoy the benefits of yoga. Breathe Easy is a beginner-friendly class that moves at a comfortable pace. No yoga experience is needed.
